"Shannon listened to my concerns, looked at my whole health, and gave me options to consider. I gave one of her suggestions a shot (HA, literally) and I could not believe the change. I have been told for 15 years my brain fog is due to anxiety, and apparently it is not! I did not even tell her that brain fog was one of my symptoms, so it's not a placebo effect. I trust that with her experience and knowledge she can lead me to maintaining my health."

"I have really been struggling with weight gain due to a really tough year a while ago, slap the transition to working from home full time on top of that (aka 20 lbs gained in one calendar year), and I have never been more uncomfortable in my own skin and body.
