As the founder and owner of Midwest Medical Weight Loss & Aesthetics, Angela Dugo-Munizzi, APN-FPA, FNP-BC, is dedicated to helping patients achieve better health through personalized, one-on-one care. A Chicagoland native, she opened our practice in 2021 with the goal of creating a welcoming environment where patients could receive comprehensive medical, wellness, and aesthetic services tailored to their individual needs. Her areas of focus include primary care, medical weight loss, nutrition counseling, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, and aesthetic injectables, allowing her to care for patients with a wide range of health and wellness goals.
Angela's nursing career has taken her through a variety of healthcare settings, including busy hospitals and private practices, giving her valuable experience caring for patients with diverse medical needs. She believes that every treatment plan should begin with listening, taking the time to understand each patient's concerns before recommending solutions that fit their lifestyle, goals, and overall health. By combining preventive care with evidence-based medical treatments, Angela strives to help every patient feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their healthcare journey.
